Mary-Frances is a Graduate Research Assistant with the Evaluation Capacity Network. She is enrolled in her first year of a Master of Arts in Community Engagement within the School of Public Health at her alma mater. She holds a Bachelor of Education in Special Education. Her area of interest is quality indicators of early learning and care programs. In her spare time, she enjoys doing line art, watercolour palette-knife painting, and scrambling in the mountains.
