Karen has been employed at Terra for 22 years. She has served in the position of Executive Director for the last 15 years where she provides strategic leadership to the agency. She has worked in the human services sector for 25 years serving children, youth and families supporting them to be healthy and resilient individuals. Karen has contributed to the development of our community through her work on many collaborative projects and initiatives.
