PROPER at the University of Manitoba | Winnipeg, MB
Have you met the Program and Policy Evaluation Research Group (PROPER) at the University of Manitoba? Led by Dr. Javier Mignone, PROPER is a university-community hub where faculty members, students, and community serving agencies can interact, exchange knowledge and collaborate on program and policy evaluation.
This fall, in partnership with the Canadian Evaluation Society (Manitoba Chapter) and the United Way of Winnipeg, PROPER launched its first Manitoba Northern & Rural Institute in Program Evaluation! The Institute is a capacity building opportunity on program evaluation and use of evidence for decision making. Institute participants will learn about Western and Indigenous approaches to evaluation through a combination of lectures, case studies, and group work. Learn more about PROPER by visiting: www.evalresearchgroup.com/.
