Project Spotlight: Journeys through Early Learning & Care

The Experience of Cultural Minority Families in Edmonton

In partnership with the Multicultural Health Brokers, Evaluation Capacity Network, and the Edmonton Council for Early Learning and Care, this participatory research project will explore the needs, aspirations, and experiences of cultural minority families with young children (0 to 5 years) in community-based Early Learning and Child Care in Edmonton. The project aims to provide rich information on the lived experiences of families and to provide space for them to voice their hopes and struggles—and to shape solutions.
